How are you all storing tippet on a quick change-out while on the water? I mostly fish nymphs and streamers but will quickly change over to a dry if I see some rises or even a single fish steadily...

Countr, great report and pictures. a friend and myself hiked down Warner route on the south rim the same days you where there. I make it into the canyon at least twice a year and this was the slowest...

If you are fit for a short but extreme hike, I'd recommend backpacking into the black canyon of the Gunnison (NP) late June or whenever they crank the valve down- last I checked it was running around...
