check out the orvis frequent flyer, sounds pretty reasonable and orvis makes ok stuff i guess. on the tongue i always take the road lest traveled because it is so heavely fished along the road, love...

One option that i have heard others on the forum do is, Buy a rod lets just say a scott A3 4pc and play with it if it is the magis stick you were looking for cool if not sell it on ebay and continue...

look on Ebay for a 7'6" 3wt, i got mine for 80.00 shipped (it's a two piece though) and love it then flyline from Allen fly fishing or hook and hackle and get a nice cheap reel there you have a sweet...

out west, I wear more the desert tan or marpat (new marine cammo pattern) when around the dry grassy plains areas, midwest i use more a standard military camo pattern.

hell yes the pink squirrel does it again, i am absolutely amazed how that fly flat out murders them when a bead head hares ear tied very buggy but natural will not. that or a small Barr's slumpbuster...
