Sure do! Got a 7 1/2' 4 piece Eagle Claw Trailmaster, circa 60's, that is in perfect shape.
Watch in the rod section later today!

(AND a box of flies that are probably the same age)

Same up here in Concrete. Snowed just a couple weeks ago. With freezing temps in the mornings until last Friday... and has been in the upper 80's for a couple of days this week! Hard to believe...

Wouldn't a larger (and hence heavier) reel affect ones casting? Taking more ummph to swing the rod? (yup, newbie question)

LOL the way I fish (ie: badly) the reel's main role will probably just be a storage container for line.

A Ghillie is the Gaelic slang for a paid fishing guide in Scotland, Ireland, or Wales. Expensive but rare specimen ....

Somebody gave me an Eagle Claw #FL209 - 9' Featherlight Spinning rod. Seeems to be in pretty good shape but I have a couple questions about it. ...

I had already seen some of the Orvis videos, but had completely missed the Glossary. It is short but will probably help a lot since I don't know a tippet from a leader or backing. :eek:...

Hi, I live in Concrete, Washington. Major rivers here are the Skagit, Baker, and Sauk. Oodles of lakes though, if you want to fight your way around crazy folk with over-powered boats.
