Marky3130 Can you describe he difference between LL and MOD? I always felt the 389LL was medium ,and following SLT then later ZXL more medium fast .

I tried both Winston BIIT and BIIX 8'6" 4 wghts, nice but the ZXL 8'6"4 wght to me was just more sublimal in casting feel.

Great series of rods, I have two: 8'6" 4 wght and the 8'4 wght , the latter is more versatile and in four piece configuration vs the legendary TMF Winston. Equal in small stream dry fly application....
