Maybe add Fothergill and Sterling's Colorado Angling Guide to MB's book. Some of it may be dated (unless there's a more recent printing) but the maps and general info is good.

I believe the location for all intents and purposes is Idaho Falls. The Cabela's web site indicates Ammon, which is just a tad east of Idaho Falls.
