American Expedition flask with a rainbow trout picture on it. Fill it with good Bourbon or good brandy depending on the mood at the time of filling.

Overnight lows in the low to mid 40s and daytime highs in the mid to high 60s here. Also have plenty of places to fish that don't involve drilling a hole in the ice. :cool:

Came close to being spooled when a 20 pound carp took my 2 pound leader attached to a 4 pound main line on my 5' ultralight. Good drag and the fact that both the main line and leader were brand new...

Arizona has mostly a dry heat so don't deal with nasty high humidity. Also don't deal with monster skeeters or hurricanes.

That wiggle or shake as you describe it is what you do for a splat cast which causes the line to lay out in bends on the water.
