hey there, I have a barred ginger cape from collins. the cape is awesome. real nice to tie with. TONS of good feathers on it. small quill, stiff barbs. does not twist.

They are not super long...

I was addicted to my 7' 3wt but I just built a fast action 8.6 3wt, I usually use small flies here on my local streams, no bigger than 10 usually so they suit me well

rainbows love those sparkle pupas, I often fish them dry as well, I have to say that its a pretty versitile fly and ohh so easy to tie

lots of bear in this part of MA as well, black bear are pretty easy going though I have been within 15 feet of one and when it heard us in the tent it went running

in the east a mouse rat is a sure shot for big browns if you know where they hang out
what I do with a mouse rat or any other big dry is strip it across the water, sometimes fast sometime real slow...

Tigers are common here in MA, mass wildlife stocks alot of them, most in the 10 to 17 in range I have never pulled a tiger early in the season before stocking gets going so I assume they either don't...
