Those are all great ideas but I'm going to come up with a knot or hitch to keep using my poly yarn and o-rings, I love the sensitivity of them.

I really like my yarn indicators with the small rubber o-ring. However on smaller tippet sizes they tend to slip down towards my flies with each successive cast. Not so much slipping if it is...

I'm getting excited guys and gals. Booked five nights in Pagosa Springs today for the trip. I won't be able to fish every day but that's okay as long as I get 2-3 days of fishing in. :D

Hopper dropper is a good way to go. Get ready though I caught a largemouth last year that went about 6 1/2 lbs on my size 12 egg sucking leech I was using below about a size 8 grasshopper.
