I have a smaller one on my four weight. Nice reel with a drag system that I'll never utilize at this line weight. Like you, I got mine for a great price.

I'm not a huge steelhead guy, but I did fish the Pere Marquette twice this winter/spring. I didn't catch any steelhead, but did land a few browns around this size. Nice looking fish you caught this...

WTT Ruimveld print for rod, reel, or wading jacket

I have a framed " Salt Water Slam " by David Ruimveld, featuring a permit, tarpon, and bone fish, was reproduced from an original acrylic painting. The prints are reproduced on a 300 lb water color...

Wasn't the Orvis Zero Gravity rod the most advanced fly rod in 25 years, then a year later it was obsolete. It was replaced by the next most advanced rod in 25 years.....Sorry, I just don't buy into...
