Good question and the answer is highly variable. The High Uintas mountain range is a massive backcountry region. The Crystal Lake trailhead lies right about 10,000 feet ASL. Some lakes are right next...

My assumption would be Callibaetis. Major summer mayfly on stillwaters. They range from hook size 12 to 16 and are quite common, especially this time of year.

The freshly hatched duns are unique...
