5 wt sink tip

Comparing 6wts. Looks like Rio Gold is just a hair lighter at 168 grains with close to an identical head. Rio bonefish weight 173 grains. And the MPX is the same weight with a slightly shorter head....

Most carp flies have barbell eyes. So I would say it doesn't have the taper to cast the flies.
