We are leaving Wednesday morning, and it looks like the upper Madison is going to be blown out while we are there. The salmonflys should be in Beartrap, and between Quake and Hebgen is supposedly...

I am thinking of adding a 4 weight for throwing smaller dries and what not. I have a 590 RPL right now that seems to do well with streamerr and larger dry flies.

We are definitely going to spend one day at least on the Henry's Fork, and maybe more if the Madison is blown out.

There is no reason not to do both. A small terrestrial or attractor with a nymph drop hooked off of it is a great way to nymph while still having the chance to see a beautiful trout rise.

A Turk's Tarantula dry with a BH FB Pheasant Tail of BH Prince drop hooked off of it. At the end of the drift, I fish it like a streamer, so it covers the whole water column.
