Don't trust your life with a cheap,bottom of the barrel wading staff that will bend, break or collapse on you.Buy a FOLSTAF.

I have had a folstaf over ten years the best one out there.It is the three quarter inch diameter one.

When I first saw a picture of those boots with the bars on them I thought little snowboards on the boots,step on a rock and slide sideways.SIMMS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have 3 pairs of simms boots and they all have the star cleats on them.I don't think they will work on other brands of wading boots.They work PERIOD.

I have the 9ft.5wt. b3x,primary use is flies from size 18 to 30,6-7x tippets.For larger flies and wind my b2mx 6wt.does the job.

Got the same one wjl has,slide it behind my wading belt also. The buying point was the mid length,don't have to reach as far.

Yes there good rods,i own 6.Just like sage, scott,st.croix,thomas and Thomas,g.loomis,all fly rods are good ,PERIOD.

I have 6 Winston rods one of which is the b3x 9ft 5wt.I use either the litespeed or the guru on them among the other reels I on them.

I use everything from my abel 3n,abel 4,lamson litespeed,lamson guru,marryat,galvan torque t5,ross f1,mfc madison2a,hardy angel 2.All work just fine.Go to youtube and watch the Kelly galloup videos...

To properly cast a fly rod you need water to properly load the rod for your backcast,casting on the grass or in the parking lot will not work.Go to winstonrods.com and watch the 11 part video's that...
