Tapered all the way. I have a old book, Fly Fishing by Tom Mcnally, in it are recipes for tying your own tapered leaders using differant test mono. Some of these leaders work better than bought...

Cool idea,s. The BVK ferrul is smaller and would leave a mark on it, I don,t need that, I don,t think i,de like a green butt and the rest blue.Who would like a green butt lol?
