Is the Vapen a fast action? I have the Redington CT and it's to slow for my liking. I need a stiffer rod that's not so "wiggly" <----technical term :D

My wife just bought me a pair of frogg togg waders and boots for like $150. They both were on sale and they are a world of difference from the neoprene waders I had, no more sweaty days for me. :)
