In moving water i know that the ratings are a bit off so i err on the side of heavier. If i start to snag bottom alot i just switch to a lighter tip. Ive gone as heavy as a 10 ft section of t8 on...

Theres a huge difference between 10 lb steelies and 30 lb salmon. You might be ok with the 7 on smaller salmon and most steelies but if your goin to get into bigger salmon, then go big. I have an 8/9...

Im using a two hander. Its a 3wt meiser switch with a 325 grn tonic head and poly leaders. I can spey and overhead cast with this setup. I love it. With the poly leaders i can tackle just about any...

I did use the chucker with a floating tip for high stick nymphing. It lacks alot of feel and is hard to manipulate that way. I just switch to a "regular" wf8 line to high stick or pitch an indicator....

You should be ok with the 370, but i wouldnt go more than that. I also have an 8/9 classic that i have a 530 switch chucker on. The line is a good line for alot of things, but not great at...

I have a regal and i love it. Its not a true rotary but i can rotate it to see both sides of the fly. I like that i can pretty much throw any hook in it without adjusting or changing heads.

I like it. I tie a stonefly just like that except i use black wire and and usually no bead. I have no doubt yours will catch fish, in fact im gonna tie a few up.
