my first flyrod was a hybrid. Bamboo butt section / fiberglass tip. found an old bamboo butt in a Model-T garage. somewhere i picked up a tip, probably a conolon.

same here, I dab some Sally on a bodkin for the small stuff. I also use a lot of colors for streamers, Clousers and spinner trebles. my grand daughter and I trade finger nail polish back and forth....
