I am currently using a Redington Predator 6wt with Rio Outbound Short line on a mid priced Cabela's reel. My go to smallie fly is Whitlock's Neer 'Nuff Crayfish (or as we say done here, Crawdad)....

I actually have the Frogg Togg boots. They work just fine. I use them as a back up pair to my Simms Boa's. I've got studs in the Boa's so I don't wear them in a boat.
