Retrieving flies from trees or underwater can be tricky at times...a friend showed me this little trick if the fly isn't to deep or too high up in the tree...point the rod at the fly and slowly strip...

Hello axle, I've been fly fishing with a furled leader that a fishin' bud gave me and it's great.
I din't do anything to it besides fish it and that straightened it out...if I were to do anything...
