So...I did some follow up digging into this and the concensus including words from the product company is that U40 will cover `it all' including an untreated factory label with great success.

That (above) is consistent with what I have read also.

So, you are saying I don't need to use colour presever on the label AND I can/should do the label with the U40 Permagloss, correct?
