If all you see is dark do not forget Brooks Falls is in Southwestern Alaska therefore a time difference from where you are.

Only pike in BC should be in the Artic Watershed.
Pike carry a virus/bacteria that is fatal to Salmon and believe it or not if you catch 1 in the Pacific Watershed in BC you are suppose to report...

Terrace, the salmon fishing in that area is world reknown with a plethora of great rivers.
A little bit East of Smithers there are thousands of lakes for trout mostly.
Hunting is unreal with moose...

Found this forum not too long ago and decided to join.

I generally fish in the Lower Mainland Area of BC for Pacific Salmon on the Fraser, Chilliwack / Vedder, Stave and Harrison Rivers.
