My only experience with Simms customer service was VERY disappointing. Maybe I caught the guy on a bad day, but he was EXTREMELY rude.

Standard spools will fit on the NVG series, so if you prefer nautilus you could do that as well. The NV G8 is 8-9 and the frame is from the NV 10-11 so the standard 10-11 spool will fit.
