i've only been tying about 2 1/2 month so i don't have your problem
of to many flies but when they don't turn out so well
i grab a razor blade and strip it down and reuse the hook

i finaly found the dubbing i needed for my flies and there done
they should be going in the mail in a day or two
i'm a otr trucker and finding a post office i can get to with a tractor/trailer...

must have caught 10 fish that day

i've only been tying flys for a couple months
and i was wondering if it is ok to use sharpies (permanent markers)
on foam flys or to change the color of the thread for heads
i've seen some people...

my 4wt is the perstige and it does and it floats a little better than the prestige plus
don't get me wrong for the money they are good linesand i'm not changing
them out yet but when i do i'll go...

i've got both of them 1 in a 4wt and 1 in a 6wt and i'm not wild about either
one of them
the tip sinks way to easy
and in real cold weather they get real stiff
