Look into a lot of big musky patterns, then tie them in all white and silver. My recommendation would be a spey rod and the heaviest line you can through.

How are you certain it's a Rotator Cuff injury? Or more commonly what is actually a Labrum injury because the "rotator cuff" is actually a group of muscles. Icing and resting the muscles will fix...

I use blood knots for any leader to leader or leader to tippet knots. I made my self learn it a while back practicing on the couch and have become pretty proficient with it.

I don't know about you guys but my local shop carries the wapsi schlappen for 3.50 a pack. albeit it may be of lower quality because out of every pack there are 2-3 feathers that are just unusable....
