Import duties aren't included, but I think you're right, it's just a fixed postage charge to anywhere outside the USA.

Hi Larry, I queried it with them, I was told because the carbon spool was cheaper than the pewter one it cost more for postage??
She also said to post a fly line in a flat envelope was minimum $40?...

Thought this might be of interest to you. It's tied by a very good friend of mine, an excellent tier.
He makes all his own dubbing, and this nymph has proved to be a real fish catcher for us this...
