Yeah, the big Laramie got pretty murky throughout the day on Monday with the run off. Didn't even fish.

Fly in to Salt Lake City, rent a car and drive to Jackson, WY. Hire a guide and float the snake. Or, fly in to Denver, drive to Casper, WY and float the North Platte.

i own the orvis pro guide waders. It is in the top of the foot, right where the top of your big toe would contact the boot. I will contact Orvis and see if they can help me out.

I use a 6 ft furled leader and on the end of that I will add 2'-5' more tippet, depending on the situation. On the shorter end for big hoppers, the longer end when i need to go deep.

I also recommend looking in to "dude" ranches scattered across the west. These ranches are mainly set up for horse riding, but most offer fly fishing as an option.
