Thanks, what I really want is a spot where I can wade in shallow area to make it easy to release the fish and not get them out if the water. I want a good stream is what I think I really want.

ah, ok. the waders I bought came with a belt, that's why I was confused... in my case it was standard, but in some cases you have to go buy one.. got it.

Those are some sobering photos, if I wasnt sold on it before then I would be now.

And to be honest I have no plans in wading murky or deeper waters no matter what anyway. Just not my style.

I think for this year, they (Orvis or the vender for their staff) made a change to the type of cord...

thanks for those videos... I ordered the Orvis with the newer cord, not the cheapest one, but it's US made and that's worth a premium, just like my Simms waders..

thanks for the suggestion Dan, but this is a multi-100 buck Canadian made Westcomb with eVent... I'd just sooner buy a Chinese made Columbia or some other cheap jacket in a more subtle color than...
