Salmon Fishing in Yemen was pretty good. A little slow at first. They could have put more fly fishing in the film in my opinion but its good overall.

Help with Silk Line

I was given an old bamboo rod with an automatic reel and silk line.

The first 10ft of line is pretty nasty in terms of the dressing falling off. After that, the line seems to be in great shape....

Weight of old bamboo rod?

My father in law dropped off this bamboo rod.

I put a 5wt DT on it but the line really struggled going through the eyes.

I am wondering if I should put a 3wt line on it. Any ideas? Anyway...
