Best bet is going to be to learn to tie your own. It is very difficult and expensive to buy some of the larger musky flies ( triples ). They are not exceptionally hard to tie if you have some tying...

Catching grass carp is typically harder than the common carp. I am still on the hunt for my first grassie. I have hooked several but have not been able to get one to hand. Congrats on the catch!
