Re: 4 weeks of chaos! It's a race to the 22nd

Re: Rod Love; the Fly Rod Picture Thread

Do you know how hard it is to get a rod delivered to your office at 10AM and have to stare at it ALL day while it's sunny and 75* outside? BVK 8wt for my Redfish trip this Fall, I'll have to break...

Re: lifetime warranty rods / outfits?

I don't make my purchase decisions based on warranty, but it does add value if your already buying a rod that you like. If I'm looking at two rods that perform well in my hand and one has a lifetime...

I generally use cork dust and wood glue. A wine cork and some 100grit sandpaper will do. If you don't have any cork laying around the Elmer's filler works just fine....

Re: lifetime warranty rods / outfits?

My go to rod for Stripers in the surf is a TFO BVK 10wt. Lifetime warranty and I can't say enough good things about the rod. After fishing through the Fall run and into the Spring I would gladly...

Re: I'm so tired of getting ripped off!

What the heck? These sort of conversations normally pop up during the winter months. The initial response was somewhat opinionated and could probably have used a little more tact, but it still...

Re: Galvan Torque reels, T8, T12, T18

I have a 6, 8, and 10 so the 12 fits in nicely. I wouldn't use the 18 anytime soon but it would look amazing on the shelf with the rest of them :) Luckily someone else grabbed it before I made a...
