Re: Bigger & Better... "The Fly Box 90!"

Jerry,

Sorry to hear about Emily yesterday.

I received 2 flyboxes yesterday as well. I will certainly be thinking of her every time we open the boxes.

Re: Casting flies on a spinning rod. Help please.

You can use casting bubbles. They look like clear bobbers you fill with water until they cast properly. As a disclaimer, I researched this for my dad to use, but never actually tried them.

Re: Bigger & Better... "The Fly Box 90!"

My son was really happy with one of your dries that fooled a really nice grayling this weekend! He doesn't know yet that one of the new boxes will go to him.

Re: Anyone using a pop-up camper for trips?

I have a pop-up truck camper, and we use it as a portable fish camp all the time. I would highly recommend one!

I have that jacket and like it. My son's did lose a seam under the arm, but teens can be pretty rough on gear. They are 3 years old and both still look new, other than the seam.

Re: Maine.....I have no idea!

I've never heard of big Pike and Muskie, but there is some good small mouth fishing there. Most people there fish for brook trout and landlocked salmon, but there are a bunch into warm water as well....

Re: Old Orvis "Seven-Eleven" 4wt Full Flex: What have I got?

Shipping the rod outside would be to expensive fly guy. Fortunately, I live close enough to help him out! Weavrm, sounds like a nice rod for a trip up to the Denali Highway this summer.

Re: For Those Who Need Fishing Pliers;

Ard,

Hopefully, the big 3 will encourage your favorite shop to work on their customer service. I'd hate to see another one close.
