Simms vs. Patagonia I've had both brands of wading boots and found the width sizing to be different. For me, the Simms boots are wider (I recall reading where Simms stated their width to be EEE)

The Cabela's rod is covered by their 25-year warranty and is made in S. Korea.
The Redington is made in China and is covered by Redington's Lifetime warranty.

I am personally not a fan of...

Agreed! Being undergunned isn't always about not having enough stick for the fish. Not having enough oomph to sling larger more wind-resistant flies would be the overriding factor when considering...

I have an Echo Shadow PE that I view more as a practical tool than a good looking, finely crafted fly rod.
My Orvis Access 9' 9wt. is really nice to look at and this provides at least a small degree...
