I live in oregon now but Montana would be my bet.

I was at 6000' elevation I loved it there but the air missed the oxygen content that my body craved.

Elevation will kill you if you cannot...

Well last night I stopped on the Rogue River just down stream from Lost Creek Dam. in 45 minutes I pulled in two nice 12" rainbows. just enogh for supper.

i seen a couple of big salmon/steelhead...

well I made the scouting trip, found a few places to fish and camp.

Twin lakes is pretty good, nice resort and has 3 of the cabellas fish in it.

Cultus lake seems to be a nice FS campground....

Went out last night, fished a couple hours after work in the Big Butte Creek just east of Butte Falls. :)

had some luck. :shades: landed 6 rainbow and brooks about 7", fun but not for the table...

and was fishing in beaver dam creek in early may, caught several nice brooks...
