We have a small river here that one of these pontoons would work really well on but the river is rocky. How do the pontoons hold up against punctures?

Lense color for clear flats in Bahamas

Wanting to get a good pair of glasses for doing some fishing in the flats in the Bahamas. Plan on getting Costa del Mar 580 glass lenses but not sure what to get as far as blue mirror or green mirror...

The girlfriend and I are wanting to take a trip to the Bahamas. My only stipulation was if we do I want to fish for bonefish. Now I have never fished the salt only been oit of the US once to Mexico...

Moat of my fishing that is done is on mid to larger size streams.
Most of it being trout parks we have here and some a have a pretty good size waters to fish
Most of what I use is smaller nymphs...

I have always used a 9' 5wt and after having the 7'6" 3wt I love it. It's so much more fun to fish.

Looking at upgrading my rods this coming year with having a lot more time to fish than I used to. Looking at spending about $500 for a rod only. Thing I'm trying to figure out is length and weight....

I use the NZ system quite a bit since I fish a nymph a lot. The biggest problem I have with it is when over time the yarn does get waterlogged that it does not float well.
