Pontooning the Florida Gulf

We will be in Islamorada and Marco for a week in June. I'd like to use my Scadden Renegade in both places, but am wondering about the shark factor when using fins.

Is using an inflatable pontoon...

'Tooning in SW Florida?

I have a new Scadden Renegade and am looking forward to taking it to Florida during one of our upcoming trips. Starting thinking about safety--meaning things that live in the water.

I don't fish...

Re: North Fork Outdoors "Outlaw Renegade"

There's an Avenger XX on ebay in Southern California for $1600 with no bids. Might be a good sub for your Challenger, Mojo. Seller claims it's barely used. DAVE SCADDEN POONTOON BOAT AVENGER XX MANY...

Re: North Fork Outdoors "Outlaw Renegade"

Can the electric motor mount be used on the...

Re: North Fork Outdoors "Outlaw Renegade"

Probably a dumb question Jackster, but I've never floated a river on anything but a drift boat or one of those gawd awful jet sleds*. Dragging a chain--would that not 1) have a chance of hanging on a...

Re: North Fork Outdoors "Outlaw Renegade"

At first, after reading your comments which are very clear and appreciated, I thought maybe the X5 would be the best. But, I think for me the Rampage with an optional frame is probably the solution....

Re: North Fork Outdoors "Outlaw Renegade"

You should be customer service for Scadden! I guess you kind of are-- an unpaid volunteer;-)

Excellent point about going with the frame. Does the extra weight still allow easy travelling with...

I fish mostly...
