im voting for Clinton TN. We are within a 10 minute drive to the Clinch River tailwater (if your looking for picky fish come here) and Melton Hill lake which offers world class muskie and smallmouth...

My favorite trout fishing season is winter because tva is normally kinder when it comes to generation schedules.:D but warmwater fishing rocks right now and the temperature is exelent.

my biggest fish on a fly rod is a 50 inch melton hill muskie. Now the absolute biggest fish is my 2 and 3/4 pound bluegill. Muskie was caught on a white/blue clouser that i was fishing for stripers...

I would most likely be fishing a nymph such as a Telico or Prince or BHPT. They will need to be ticking bottom but the fishing in the park has been good.
I would drive over to Little River...
