Short distance on 145 south & West out of Telluride and it's on the east side of 145 just after you go over "Lizard Head" pass. Very scenic drive, your entire family will love the trip.

Most probably know since it's so well publicized, but 2 free bags on Southwest and that adds up when you are transporting waders, rod cases, etc.
Of course Southwest does not fly into Montana but it...

What is Denver, maybe only a 3-4 hour drive, so that's a fair-sized metro with a large number of well-healed and affluent sportsman in close proximity. Plus l think they have air service right into...

Just how punitive do actions get sometimes by landowners vs...

OK guys, brace yourselfs for a really ignorant question here: I didn't realize that streamers were used that much in the Spring, thought they were used primarily in the Fall ?

My wife and I watched that movie again this past year for maybe the 4th or 5th time. Yea it was clearly shot throughout the Wasatch Range area - spectacular country with of course some not so shabby...

Beautiful pictures Stenacron ! I swear that first pic at the top looks like a scene right out of Redford's western classic "Jeremiah Johnson" which of course was wholly filmed in Utah. Thanks man.

I fished the Upper in late September, and I've never seen so many people on that segment of the Provo before ? It was beautiful Utah Fall weather, as it usually is in September, but there was a ton...

No have not had any problems with the "Mirrow Lake" road being closed. It's just some of the side roads off of the ML road which apparently lead to higher elevations or further back into the back...

Yes but there's a much smaller population in YNP subject to a bear attack than the number nationally subject to a lightning strike. And there's also a much, much smaller population of people fishing...
