I was at an estate sale today, I know, bad thing to do. I picked up what appears to be an older Orvis Rod. On the blank it says "Orvis' Graphite" and on the bottom of the end cap of the reel seat...

I use a magnifying lamp at my tying desk and a 2X magnifier the flips up under the bill of my hat, if I lean my head back I can use my bifocals too!! :icon_bigg

I downloaded those charts, great idea and I did the hook switch when I bought them and went with a heavier wire. I am tying stimulators so I will tie in some thin foam to compensate for the heavier....

Looking for volunteers because the state is broke? I used to live not far from Nimbus rd. That is where the salmon and steelhead hatchery is on the American River. I sure do miss those rivers!
