I'm on a Mac. it's pretty easy using iTunes. i just go to the iTunes store, search under podcasts (podcasts-> flyfishing or orvis) and see those that have been posted. i select the one(s) i want....

I'm sure the fishing industry has what you need but you could also try a serious bike shop which caters to road racers, etc. Back in the day Cinelli offered cork tape. Newer options available today....
