Re: Looking for a 6 wt mid range

The Vapen is fast but not as stiff as a broom stick. If you like a fast rod, you'll like the Vapen. You can't compare the CT to Vapen, that is like comparing noodles to chopsticks. The 6wt that I had...

Re: Classifieds???

Yep, have the same problem.

Re: Line for Redington CT 7'6" 3wt

Re: Classic Trout Half Off

jastrout, what line did you put on the 3wt 8'6"? I used to have a 3wt airflo exceed but not anymore. And I don't think that I would put a high $ line since I won't be using it much. I will probably...

Re: Classic Trout Half Off

Yep, I am not going to get the 6wt CT, I'll keep my 6wt open for a faster rod, a Scott S4s perhaps. Now I am trying to decide if I should get the 3wt 7'6" or the 8'6". I have the 7'6" in the cart....
