I agree, there just isn't enough time in the day for me to keep up with all my hobbies and work none the less, forget about trying to keep chickens with food and water, no I'd give them about a month...

Season opens!!

It's finally here, spring and the arrival of a new fishing season today April fools day.
We have a fresh coating of snow here in NY and temps below freezing, just need to do some things for an hour...

I use one of these, it stays where you put it and the magnification is perfect for me, not sure what power it is though. It does have small LED lights encircling the lens but they are not very bright...

Hey Mike, welcome to the forum.
Personally I find the waters you fish aren't really deep and swift enough for the need of an external weight to get the nymph down, usually the weight of the nymph...

That's what I eventually did was use a bottle with the bodkin already attached, it sits more stable on the desk top and is easier to mix thinner into.

You can also cut the back end of the needle off(the eye) heat it up and poke the hot end into that same cut off brush that comes with the cap.
A borrowed idea also
