Re: Are We Over-Thinking/Over-Engineering?

Frankly, I think the Abel nipper/zinger combo is inadequately engineered, not over-engineered. Where are the fly eye threader and nail/needle knot tool and dubbing teaser and tweezer?

Re: Buyers remorse, do u ever get it? Please help lol.

I would say you got decent quality stuff in great condition at a fair price, but not a screaming bargain. Should be just fine for trout fishing in Penna., but you probably want to put a WF5 on the...

Re: Strike Indicators .... the good the bad and the ugly !

What brand/color of dubbing do you use for your Psycho Princes? I just got some Hareline Ice Dub UV Purple and thought I might tie up a few.

Re: Helios 1 rods 6wt tip flex

I test casted the ZG Helios ("Helios I") 9' 6 wt tip flex in a shop and then bought the same model in the Hydros series, which used the same blank but less expensive hardware. Did not try the 9...

Not always directly, though. There was a lengthy time during the Cold War when Chinese imports were embargoed (which was a big part of the impetus for the transition to fiberglass). Orvis was one...

On the other hand, New England at least has the "England" part in common. Plus, he would be able to learn pretty...
