One thing I like about fishing rubber legs is that smaller fish won't eat them and whitefish can't! Also you can add lots of weight so you can get down where the fish are just pinch your barbs those...

That happens every time I flyfish it keeps me humble! That's one thing about this sport you can spends thousands of $ and a kid with a night crawler will out fish you every time.

I would ask him if he would sell you all the rods then keep the ones you like. If you can only afford to buy the Sage And Loomis then you will have a #5 and #6 weight rod. I would try to cast them...

Poly yarn is my choice for bobber material. Go to the nearest craft store and buy poly rope then cut and you can make them as big or small as you like. 7 1/2 3x leader then tie your yarn at the end...

Set on everything like stated and I also make sure that I am looking at the area around my indicator for flashes, movement or the water boiling. A lot of times if your not transfixed on your bobber...
