Re: Orvis CFO Reels worth the money?

Re: Older Orvis flyrod question?

Re: Questions from Albany NY

Here's a thought: Save up your pennies, and book a day with Rachel Finn at the Hungry Trout on the Ausable in Wilmington, NY. She'll start you out right AND get you into fish.

Re: Popular flies you don't like?

LOL! Well, bombers are a blast, I love them, and actually like tying them. And I did fish a black buck bug...once. No lie: I hooked a grilse on the first cast with it (also first time I ever...

Re: Boats and other things that float

I've had a 14' Lund since 1985; it's been a wonderful boat, I can't say enough good things about it. But having said that, I'm about to begin restoring this
17' Rangeley squareback built by Harry...

Re: Rotator Cuff surgery

My rotator cuff was 95% cut through...mostly due to lots of fly fishing with big rods. Great surgeon and therapists got me through it (albeit with lots of pain); we even used fly rods to get me...
