I use crazy glue for any head cement needs. Works great. I get the stuff with the brush.If I want it glossy I add a coat or two of ccg hydro at the end.

A loose hydration bladder just sounds like back pains waiting to happen. A bladder sleeve often has a system to hang and secure the bladder in place. Then there's the hole for the tube and hopefully...

With such a large back compartment it'd be nice if they'd add a hydration bladder sleeve. That's really what I want in a sling pack. And what will hold me back from buying any pack at this moment....

@dwizum... When it comes to big streamers nothing really beats the old Plano boxes. Otherwise expect to overpay for anything else that's "fly fishing" related.

Check out the Snap T Retrieve. George Daniel explains it in his book Dynamic Nymphing. It's another nice move for removing a snagged fly.

For smaller patterns and/or larger feathers there's a technique in which you stroke the feathers back and cut off a portion of the tip. You then stroke the feathers back forward and do a few loose...
