I have the same rod and just fished it recently with WF 4 Sharkskin . In fact the three 8'6" 3/4/5 rods all cast nicely with WF actual weight lines. Nice loading rods with slower casting action.

I picked up the Heritage when Allen has sale for $60 off their normal retail price. I think it is a awesome rod at $200 price as it aesthetics and casting performance is at level of say Orvis Access...

Let me throw out one additional name: Thomas and Thomas LPS II 8'6" 4 wght. My other two in my quiver are Helios I midflex and Sage ZXL . Both very nice rods and S&S having never casted Helios II...

Well done. So for roughly $300+ you got a dream rod that looks like $ 500-600 custom built. Very nice as the closest custom Steffen is more and as wonderful those tapers are the finish on your rod...
