No. The cabin we stay at is private frontage about 1/4 mile above the confluence. The lot next to it is undeveloped, and then the terrain gets too steep to develop... so we're set up there with about...

Without that bottom release it won't take long before the river temps reach the fatal level for trout. If they are visibly sluggish now, I would venture a guess that the river is already in the 70+...
