Not THAT big of pansies. I had a 20 mile roundtrip day last year in the Weminuche. A little lower than the Winds, but still 8,000 +.

Thanks folks. I've had Osthoff's book for years and recently acquired both those Earthwalk maps, so I'm digging in.

@fishnskiguy: that trailhead and general route is 1 of the 2 I am zeroing in...
