The motor mount will fit both the rampage and renegade. I feel it is not designed for a motor of that weight and you need a framed model. I would go with the X5 with the frame and car top it for...

Push the button and turn from 12 oclock to 9 oclock and the button will stay down and in that position will dump the air. Do the opposite and the valve will pop up, you can fill it in that position

What I would do is go to that paticular river and see what others are using. Spend some time at the launch and talk to a couple of people to get their input.

There was a show on the outdoor channel called "Best of the West" they showed how hard it was to hit a charging bear with a handgun. If bears are your concern better off carrying spray.

I have the A5 it a 9ft 5wt. Very nice rod and packs down for travel very nicely. They were given a good review from the Yellowstone Angler a few years ago. I have had no issues with mine.

We sell,and i use the NFO rampage, i would suggest use the oars that came with it and if not happy you then can plan on others oars. The only down side on the oars that come with the NFO's frameless...

a smart phone is only good if you have cell service. A GPS uses satellites and unless you are under heavy cover will work anywhere.

They used ot make a product back in the day called ferrule grease. You were supposed to coat your ferrule with it. Im not sure what is was made off. But it was to coat the ferrule

Well it depends on what you really want. If all you want is a rod with warranty then I say buy one. But If you want a rod with a particular type of reel seat or different type of guides or something...
