Thank you Dan I appreciate your input. I think I will hold off on the Tarpon for a while but I have plenty of time to shop around for a 10wt rod and reel setup.

Will this line work for trout in a float tube

I have not fished that much from a float tube, usually I fish either rivers for trout or Pyramid lake from the shore for Cutthroat trout so I am not sure if this line I have will be ok for fishing...

Hey Everyone,
I got a chance to get out to Pyramid for a few hours today. I hit the water at 8 and left at 11. I was able to manage 3 fish, all of the fish came within a half hour of eachother....
